Keycard response with ten trump

My juniors faced the following problem in practice Sunday. I confess I had not faced it before.  They had a "standard" auction of

1H-2N (game force, 4+ hearts)

3S (shortness)-4N (keycard)

?

Opener held

South
A
9xxxxx
Axx
KJx

It turns out they were solid except for the trump suit. They were off a keycard. Responder held KJTx in hearts. The singleton HQ was offside. I anticipate the comment, "But I want to be in six." Consider responder's problem with Kxxx.

I had long ago been taught that with known ten+ trump you show the trump Q. In response to KCB what should opener do? Please comment if you have a better approach.
