Kokish (Birthright) after 2C, and effect on second negatives when Kokish not used

Assume that you use Kokish after 2 - 2 (where 2 shows hearts OR a strong balanced hand better than 2 - 2 - 2NT).

What effect does that agreement have on auctions starting 2 - 2 - 2?

I realize your answers to questions 7-9 would be correlated to your answers to 1-6; comments appreciated.

The BWS2017 agreement is that 3 is the second negative then, so there must be some merit to that choice.

Please select up to 3 choices.

Opener should usually (over 66% of the time) use Kokish with 5, Kokish-range points, and a 5-3-3-2 shape
Opener fairly often (say 34%-66% of the time) use Kokish with 5, Kokish-range points, and a 5-3-3-2 shape
Opener should rarely (under 34% of the time) use Kokish with 5, Kokish-range points, and a 5-3-3-2 shape
Opener should usually (over 66% of the time) use Kokish with 5, Kokish-range points, and a 5-4-2-2 shape
Opener should fairly often (say 34%-66% of the time) use Kokish with 5, Kokish-range points, and a 5-4-2-2 shape
Opener should rarely (under 34% of the time) use Kokish with 5, Kokish-range points, and a 5-4-2-2 shape
After 2 - 2 - 2, we will so rarely want to play NT that 2NT should be the second negative
After 2 - 2 - 2, 3 should be the second negative
After 2 - 2 - 2, there should be no second negative
