6 is possible, but partner needs to cover 3 of 4 losers. Double has more appeal - partner will pass most of the time, and if they pull to the five level, we have an acceptable dummy for any strain.

You double. Partner gives you your dream response of 5. Now what?

I believe Josh Donn wrote here that to pull a high level double to the five level, one needs approximately a "sound weak 2". If that is partner's understanding, our hand has potential for 7.  5N followed by 6 should offer a choice between 6 and 6 (2=5 or 2-6 in the majors). 6 would be natural and 6 is a big heart raise, which is probably the best call, although it's unclear that partner will know what is necessary for 7.

You settle on a prosaic 6. After all, suits have been known to break poorly on these auctions. Everyone passes and you step over to partner's side:

My partner played this. The diamond was ruffed and the A felled the stiff heart K in North. Heart to hand, club finesse (working) and claiming with 8 trumps, one spade and four club tricks. +1460 was a near top.

I looked at the recaps of the 12 sections. There were many +750's NS in 5 x'd, so woe to those that floated the double of 5. There were a handful of +1460's. A few 1430's. The all-world top was Christal Henner and Uday Ivatury who chalked up +2470 EW for 6 xx'd. I expected some +1660's based on a Lightner x from south and a club lead but there were none. I gave the hand to one of the local cognoscenti. "I would gone down on this hand".

The best play which caters to 3-0 hearts in North is to ruff and play the J overtaking with the Queen. After all, South did not make a lightner double and it's suit possible there is a heart void in South. This secures an entry to hand for the club finesse. Obviously after North wins the K a club shift ensures the set.

I didn't see any -100's in 6, so I assume this did not happen.
