Opening 1NT with a 5 card major - a survey

With a 5 card major in a 5-3-3-2 hand and the right number of points for a 1NT opening, many authors advocate making that bid rather than 1 or 1.  Some make their choice of opening dependent on other conditions, e.g. length in the other major.

I'm interested to find out how often people open 1NT with this shape, but also what (if any) arrangement they have for finding 5-3 major suit fits.

This is a 2-part poll - please choose one of the "sometimes" options if with a 5 card major somewhere you would open 1NT between 25% and 75% of the time.

I rarely open 1NT with a 5 card major.
Sometimes - no mechanism for finding 5-3 major suit fits.
Sometimes - a 2 response is Puppet Stayman.
Sometimes - a 3 response is Puppet Stayman.
