This hand came up in the penultimate round of the last day swiss at the recent regional in Cambridge Md.  My team was playing a world class team and are doing reasonably well (the team we were facing were dominating the event), I am interested in everyone's thoughts about the best line of play for declarer, with top notch defenders (hint... their names were Jeff M. and Eric R.)

Opening lead is 4 (4th best, opponents lead 2nd highest from bad holdings).  RHO plays the 10

Would you play any differently if the opening lead was the 2?  (taking no inference from this, of course... i.e. that LHO is 4-4 in the minors)  One minor was led at one table, the other at the other table vs. same contract and (approximately) the same auction.
