3D is a transfer, 4NT is quantitative, 5H is to play.

The opening lead is the CJ. You are playing a regional swiss against an elderly husband and wife pair you do not know. At trick 2 you lead small heart from the closed hand toward the QT9xx and LHO plays small. Presumably you did so because you believed that from Kxx LHO would give away the position better than ~55+% of the time. (I was dummy. No I don't like the play.) Your judgment is rewarded as RHO wins the HK and plays back a small spade.

I am posting the rest of the story separately. (I really wish I could do that with a page two after you vote. I have written to BW suggesting this.)
