I have many questions about this sequence.  My 3 showed an inv+ hand with spades and said nothing about hearts.

Partner's 3 denied spade tolerance and said little else definitive.

My 4 was a slam try.

What do you bid now?

Please let's not get off the track with a discussion of whether 3 over 2NT isn't better suited to showing spades.  It is, and I know it, but the gain is small and the memory risk is huge.  The fact that this is one of the few hand types where I would want to be able to bid 3 for spades allowing a 3 punt and giving meaning to partner's 3 rebid is why this problem is here in the first place.

Please select up to 6 choices.

South was correct to bid 3 at his first turn
South should have bid 3 at his first turn as an invitational or better heart raise
South's 3 at his 2nd turn should be forcing and that's what South should have bid
South's 3 at his 2nd turn should be forcing but South's 4 bid was correct, showing a club control and slam interest
South's 3 at his 2nd turn should be forcing but South's 4 bid artificially should show a slam try in hearts
South's 3 at his 2nd turn should be forcing but South should have bid 4 to artificially show a slam try in spades
South's 3 should be NF and South's 4 bid was correct, showing a club control and slam interest
South's 3 should be NF but South's 4 bid artificially should show a slam try in hearts
South's 3 should be NF but South should have bid 4 to artificially show a slam try in spades
South should pass now
South should bid 4 now (Kickback)
South should bid 4NT now (RKC for hearts)
South should bid 4NT now (RKC for spades)
South should not have a keycard ask available since there is no suit agreement
South should bid 5 now as a cue-bid for slam in hearts
South should just bid 6 now
South should bid something else now
