What's your plan?

Matchpoints.

You failed miserably to qualify for the second day of the open Swiss, and are playing in the regional pairs on the last Saturday of the NABC. The first session was mediocre, but after a refreshing dinner, you're having a decent game in the evening. Then comes...

What is your plan?

If you bid 3S, partner bids 3NT.

3S, then pass 3NT
3S, then 4C over 3NT
3S, then 6C over 3NT
3S, then OTHER (explain in comments)
4C, planning to pass 5C or go slow over a diamond/heart cuebid to determine the right level and strain. Incidentally, is it even mathematically possible for partner not to be able to cuebid *something
4C, planning to insist on at least 6C but hoping for informative cuebids from partner to decide if 6NT is better
4C, 90% confident that you will declare 6NT but interested in grand slam possibilities
6NT. What's the problem?
3H. Uhh, it's forcing, and who knows, maybe I'll have a better idea what to bid at my next turn?
4NT. Obviously quantitative, right p?
4NT. Obviously RKCB for diamonds, right p?
