Your thoughts on whether Alerts or Explanations are required or should be required or voluntarily should be done

In ACBL land at the club, sectional or regional level do any of the bids REQUIRE an alert (or explanation after the auction). Even if not require should you offer an explanation or comment after the auction.

Opener 1 could be two and an announcement is required by the ACBL.

After a 1 opener:

1. Responder bids 1 which in a Walsh style approach suggests no four card major unless responder has a pretty good hand willing to bid over one no trump. (no alert or explanation seems to be required or suggested)

2. Responder bids 1 or 1 often by passing a 4, 5 or even a 6 card diamond suit with a Walsh style approach. (no alert or explanation seems to be required or suggested)

3. Opener rebids 1 no trump with a balanced hand after a 1 diamond response playing Walsh style bypassing  1 or 2 four card majors. (no alert or explanation seems to be required but at least a few have suggested an explanation or alert).

4. Opener rebids 1 no trump on a 4,3,3,3 after a one 1 response playing Walsh style with a four card spade suit. (no alert or explanation seems to be required but at least a few have suggested an alert or explanation)

5. Opener rebids a major over a 1 or 1 response and by agreement this promises that opener does have at least 4 clubs. (no alert or explanation seems to be required or suggested)

6. Opener playing weak no trumps opens a minor and rebids one no trump by passing four card majors to show a strong no trump. Only an explanation that it shows 15-17 nothing about bypassing suits.

7. Playing Fannery opener opens a heart and responder bids one no trump always by passing a four card spade suit. (no alert or explanation seems to be required or suggested)
