Thank you Marion. You have my full support. The amount of damage they have done to honest people who sacrifice so much time and energy to try and compete fairly would be impossible to calculate. They deserve to be out for life-non of this 5 or 10 year nonsense.

So sad I always liked Mike. I played poker against him a few months ago, he played the same way he played bridge. His stack was always very small or very big, he was not a grinder. RIP my fellow Cardinal fan.

Boye-couldn't agree more..the BIT still out there way too much. A mandatory trick 1 break before play would help-we need a rules change-and will speed up the game at the same time. Reporting poor ethics and filling out forms are annoying baby steps we all must take.

Ralphie boy-I have no questions-just wanna thank you for being a great friend and teammate for almost 40 years!(yik, that long!) I so remember when we were traders on the CBOE how nice you were to people in need-the word no was never in your vocabulary. Now go win the friggin Bermuda Bowl again, god dammit!

Kevin Bathurst has always been a first class act,but as a bridge player and human being Justin Lall is so special and is the future of American bridge. We are so lucky to have him. He comes by it naturally-his Dad, Hemant is also a marvelous fellow and player.

bocchi taught me this bid in san diego–i immediately thought it was brilliant and is at top of my “steve change suggestions” list. playing 2nt forcing responder relays with 3c opener can now bid 3d/3h to show diamonds and then clubs respectively since you want him to declare, 3s to show 6-4 so you play the right game (obviously not 1 loser spades opposite a stiff) and 4m as a gf 5-5. so immediate qbids over X show spade 1 suiter game force. 2nt and 3nt im not sure but seems like you have a minor and unsure about 3nt? help?

What a wonderful fellow. My favorite Hugh story was when lovely Min introduced him to her parents and he was a professional gambler at the time-and in her broken English she pronounced his name Huge Loss-this made him very nervous.
