For the moment, it has been totally removed from the FFB site and I did not manage to find it again.

And for knowing why it has been removed, no idea…your guess !

“still can be invited. If BZ cheated during Opatja event, Polish result FROM OPATJA can be invalidated. That is all.”

Reminder. Art 7. of WBF Eligibility code

"Violations
The violations are subject to the WBF Disciplinary Code. In the event that one or more members of a team are deemed to have been ineligible as provided in this Code (including any qualifying event), the entire team shall be disqualified by the WBF Disciplinary Commission."

so according to the WBF, no that is not all.

BTW, I just saw that anyone can contact Mr. Harris and share with him some of the posts here.

I just sent the proposed statement above…Unsure if it will be useful :-)

Not sure if his email will remain for a long time on that page though

Think my google translator has been hacked…

The WBF did'nt give a f… of cheating the last 20 years.
Unfortunately, some players took control over cheating investigations, ridiculing the organization.
However, trust the WBF to prevent those members from acting. Trust also the WBF to keep going with the due process which had been so successful in the past.
Finally, transparency is not an option and secret is the rule.

The first rule of WBF is: You do not talk about cheating.
The second rule of WBF is: You do not talk about cheating.

“Well, Franck, if you think booting someone from the table because they called their partner rude names and then refused to leave when asked qualifies as those, then they were definitely right, because that is what I did. Of course if that is what you think, your opinion isn't worth very much, either.”

Well, according to your posts in general, it seems that any opinion that differs from yours is not worth very much so…

That was the point of my voluntarily provocative question and a kind of an echo to what Peg was wondering, i.e. “Why are people doing this to Cornelia ?”.

Maybe it's not just them (all the bad-sexist-machist-denigrating-women people), but, indeed, it's about you.

Louis, I fully agree with you however from times to times I am called an “as..le” or whatever on BBO, and guess what, sometimes I am :-). That was the point of the question above.

“Right. Now if B-Z are finded guilty - what to do with Polish medals? Take them away? They were won honestly.”

No, winning a medal starts at qualification stage, if there was cheaters at qualification stage, the medals are not won honestly.

“And if B-Z are finded non guilty - oh, boy…”
That will be a mess for sure…

“WBF decision was lose-lose.”
Yep and there is no way to step back…

“No particular agreement, but West found the spade switch. It was merely downhill from there”

Yep, however 7 then 2 of would show interest for the lead for me, therefore it seems understandable from W point of view to play a to the A in order to get a new back and capture the J.

and there was no director call nor appeal ? if not, what's the problem ? and if yes, it seems the outcome didn't change the result…

Maybe the poll was a little biased by the nationality of the voters ?

Yes, I have that in my system notes in order to avoid any slow blackwood ruling afterwards. i.e., if the responder to the bwd shows 03 (resp. 14) KCs and the asker signs-off, the responder should bid 6 with 3 (resp. 4) KCs.

SEF is even stranger than that.
If played as it is written in the book, the limit hands with 3 cards in a major go through 2NT.
Hopefully, less and less people play that major fit structure.

1M - 2NT : limit 3 cards
1M - 3M : limit 4 cards

no need to laugh ;)
