I play 5NT as pick a minor slam, so at our table it will go 5NT - 6 - 7 - 7. I wouldn't open the hand 6NT (pick a minor grand), as our clubs are relevantly better than our diamonds. With three small diamonds and two small clubs, we want partner to pick clubs. Going slow seems (at least to me) inadvisable with your partner's hand. Opponents could easily have a big major fit and find a 7-level major sac– which is also why I fear opening 2C. Partner with both major aces should find 7NT anyway
