West may have an opening hand but as far as east is concerned they don't. So passing when you need a passed hand (in the pocket) to take 3 tricks doesn't make sense. Not that any bid jumps out and grabs you.

Alert chart says to alert non-forcing natural responses to 2 bids.
This is even in red on convention cards.

8-10 weak 2 is not a King different from standard so is not alertable.
Same with 2/1 the difference between a 2/1 GF as normal 2/1 is minor it just happens at an important part for the system

To have to alert GF responses when 2/1 GF people do not have to seems unfair. Unless something really needs alerting I think the Precision players should explain any nuances not obvious at end of auction.
Alerting every bid will defeat the purpose of alerting.

John: For a minor penalty card the player is allowed to play the Q (or any honour) instead of the minor penalty card.

If playing the minor penalty card is UI, it should state in the laws that it is UI.
Ah Nigel stated law 50E3 handles it

GIB on BBO recently against me led a won the first two diamonds then switched instead of taking the first 5 diamonds in 3NT.

For those who don't know GIB has no way to say they liked your lead.

Using 3NT for something other than to play is just an accident waiting to happen.

1 pt difference from standard should not require an alert.
15-17 does as could be 3 pt difference.

Basic “An Artificial 2C or 2D opening bid that is Very Strong.”
Basic+ “Any 2-level or higher opening bid that is Very Strong”
Very Strong”: A hand that contains:
i. at least 20 HCP; or
ii. at least 14 HCP and is within one trick of game assuming suits break evenly among the other hands.
iii. at least 5 Control Points and is within one trick of game assuming suits break evenly among the other hands“

Basic and Basic+ require a very strong hand to be artificial 2. This hand doesn't meet definition. Only 13 hcp and 4 controls.

Open and Open+ ok unless disallowed and this is not disallowed.

Open has an exception for very strong hand but I don't see how this would be needed for 2.
”Rule Exceptions
The following are exceptions to the rules listed under “Disallowed Opening Bids”:

1. Any opening bid which promises a Very Strong hand is allowed."

Well he confessed and cheated on one hand otherwise he is apparently a saint so they had no choice but to let him back.

Refusing a puppet is always a strong hand. Not asking questions and doubling is using rose coloured glasses.

Theoretically ACBL should be able to implement this easily. Hopefully it wouldn't cost$300,000
