Strange Regional Format: Gold Rush + Side Game, No Open Pairs??
From what I could tell the SYC games were stratified evenly and all Virtual club games I’ve played in have been as well so I was surprised to see just how unbalanced these events have been. Odd, and obviously unfair in different ways to different pairs.
Draft ACBL Alert Procedure - Request for Comments
For the delayed alerts, are we required to actually explain the bids, or simply make some blanket statement such as "we had a KC auction" or "we had a control bid auction"? I will add I think being required to delay-alert cuebids is pretty silly, but if them's the ...
Moss and Demuy Win LM Pairs

"The facts are very clear even if not published and no formal hearing has been held. Two pro teams in contention accidentally sat in the wrong direction at both tables. Instead of reporting to the TD what actually happened, it was reported as a tie. The TD discovered what happened ...
Blue Ribbon Pairs First Final: Demuy and Hurd in Front
Since I'm a member of one of those five pairs and not a senior I can tell you for a FACT that there were only four drop ins.
Blue Ribbon Pairs First Final: Demuy and Hurd in Front
There were only four drop-ins. Also, it was Hurd and Joe Grue who won the event last year.
ATB: Missed Slam
North could also be 1-5-(4-3) theoretically, but he may be more inclined to bid 3m with that hand.
