Is it such a great slam to be in? Looks like you need to get 2 tricks in one of the majors plus not have any bad breaks.

Mike, I'm not sure if you know the person responsible for the bridge initiative in Buffalo, but if you could let them know there is a 2 session Youth championship event at the Toronto regional in April it would be greatly appreciated

If you lose the first match in both the original and compact, you would be playing for a match award. O for 2 = no overall. Masterpoints would be 75% of a full (24+) length match.

This way you would still be able to get gold points at championship rating after losing the first match. Normally you would only be playing for red points at consolation rating.

I would only be charging 2 sessions fees. The tournament would eat the extra cost of 3 sessions of sanction fees.
