In Australia the rules can vary by jurisdiction, but in the largest state, New South Wales, “clubs” may host up to 50 from Monday, subject to strict guidelines.

Bill I don't quite get the logic of that. If N/S have their own set of boards, surely their E/W opponents are also playing boards that no one else has played - unless N/S keep playing the same boards multiple times against different opps.
