THank you very much to all.. This is really a team award so I wanted to give a big THNAK YOU to all my teammates on the Fleisher team.. Marty Fleisher, Joe Grue, Brad Moss, Chip Martel, and of course my bridge partner Geoff Hampson who deserves this award more ...
Russ was a very good friend of mine. He truly had a heart of gold for those of us who knew him well. I owe him a lot including introducing me to my wife through a friend of his. He will be missed.
Micheal, I very respectfully disagree with what percentage of wires come from overseeing people's scorecards. I would guess at least 75 percent come from the scorecards. Of course I may be wrong. People are just so bad about keeping there scorecards private, especially the more inexperienced and foreign players ...
Overtime is a very exciting element of bridge for the players(in that match and other matches) and for the many watching on bridge base. For the life of me I can't see why we would get rid of it for the rare occasion that the matches end in ...

I have no strong feelings on this one way or the other, but wouldn't it be interesting to have your spingold match scores entered into the bridgebase and give you your running score. This would certainly make for some interesting bridge towards the end of many matches. This of ...
One player gave a me another very good and simple idea of making different score cards for these events where you would write much smaller so it would be harder for others to see.
Thanks for all your comments. Clearly this is not the perfect solution but I strongly believe the benefits of not keeping score outweigh any issues it might cause. After all, is it not unreasonable for a pair to be responsible to see that their scores are correct. Again this is ...
