Nadav Trumer's bidding problem: --- AQJ9763 4 AQT72
I also felt I need very little to make 4H, which made me reluctant to bid 2C. However, I think that against void and a club jack you're more likely to go down 1 (losing 1 diamond, 1 club and 2 hearts) than making, don't you think? Wouldn ...

The heart slam needs the King of clubs onside 1,2,3 times (4 isn't good enough), right? That does sound less than 50%, so I understand your statement. Out of curiosity, what would be the odds for the King of clubs onside up to 3 times? 40%ish?

Thank you! where would you like to be facing that hand? 6H? Why are you not worried about the 5-4 spade/club hands?

So you're saying that with a 10 HCP hand (let's say KQxxx-x-Qxx - Kxxx) partner should raise 2C to 3C?

With partner holding something like Kxxxx-x-Qxx-Kxxx, don't you think the opponents will indeed be silent, and that partner will pass 2C? (I tried to nail a large range of hands that partner could have. The shape and the Kclubs is mostly what's important)
Which Squeeze: Can You Out-Squeeze Kelsey?
Maybe I'm missing something, but isn't it simple once you place W with the spades A and diamond J, you just run all the hearts and then all the clubs finished in South's hand with spade K and diamonds KT. Now west needs to keep 2 diamonds ...
Nadav Trumer's bidding problem: KQ QJ5 KQT3 KQ98
I just want to stress that I would like to hear Richard's say as well (seeing as he is the one who claimed to open 1NT) I agree that KQ doubleton doesn't carry 5 HCP. Are the KQ98 and KQTx suits worth more than 10 HCP in your ...
Nadav Trumer's bidding problem: KQ QJ5 KQT3 KQ98
I'm very interested in your choice of opening 1NT, and would like to hear more. Just to be clear, me and my partner play 1NT is 15-17. Do you open this 1NT because you believe this hand is worth 17 (such as 18 hcp 4333 hands)? Do you open ...
Nadav Trumer's bidding problem: 9 Q84 AK4 AQJ543
I assume what you mean by "that makes partner captain" is that you would bid pass?
