Hank Meyer's bidding problem: KT3 AKQ9 --- AKQ987
I prefer to play 3 as either a singleton or to weak to bid 4 with a void. That is why I bid 4 as a very strong hand with a void!
Simple Game
Difficult to see how we can beat this if partner doesnt have only 5 diamonds and a singleton spade
Adam Gann's bidding problem: Ax Ax KT9xxx Jxx
I also would have bid 3 before. It looks like partner needs akqxxx in clubs and another trick in order to make 3nt. If that card is diamond ace. I would rather be in 6 which might even make when 3nt goes down!
Hanoi Rondón's bidding problem: x xx AJ7xxx ATxx
Why complicate things? You know you have a clubfit. Just bid 6
Símun Lassaberg's bidding problem: K97 Q4 AQ6543 A2
The 1nt rebid shows 15-17
Símun Lassaberg's bidding problem: K97 Q4 AQ6543 A2
No - just diamonds
A Bit of Everything
You are of course right - the double squeeze wont work
A Bit of Everything
Exactrly what I thought. This way you get all 13 tricks on a double squeeze :-)
Símun Lassaberg's bidding problem: KQJxx Txxxx --- KQx
In our system 2 would have been a weak hand with spades asking partner to pass with a balanced 20-21
Henk Jan Prins's lead problem: KQT52 3 Q75 K842
The 7 bid makes sence if opener expects his partner to have a spade control after bidding 4nt over 3 which in my oppinion is reasonable
