BotHell -- that is so much what I feel playing some tournaments on BBO!
2!c With an Unbalanced Hand
Don't forget to cover that a strong 2 opener in a minor suit -- particularly diamonds -- needs to be stronger than a major-suit oriented 2 opener
The 2!c strong opening is annoying

GNT Format: Going Forward
District 16 is almost all of Texas (leaving off a slice including El Paso and another slice that includes Amarillo) -- plus, we have all of Mexico. So yes, geography is a real issue in the GNTs and NAPs. I can't recall a team or pair from Mexico in either ...
A GNT Debacle: Too Many Winners
Perhaps both teams get to play in the national finals -- but regardless of the first-day scores, no more than one D22 team can advance to the KO rounds (ensuring that the second entry doesn't keep someone out of the KOs they would otherwise have qualified for).
